State of the Game June 2026
This game was made in 2 days for the Mini Jame Gam! A lot of time was spent on making it look pretty, but we didn't quite get to finishing the gameplay... (oops).
As of now, there's a host of parts you can build with that drop randomly from foes. There are 2 enemies, and one 'boss' (who admittedly kills themselves with their own bullets).
Dying returns you to the garage, allowing you to build a new ship with new parts. Beating the boss will end the game, and you will not be able to build a new ship.
Controls:
Left Click: Place Parts/Shoot
Right Click: Delete parts
F: Flip part
R: Rotate part
W/A/S/D: Move during the space shooter section

Seems like fun, I like the grim yet silly atmosphere, and the custom ship building is definitely a neat idea. I wish there were more reasons to armor the left side and the back, all attacks seem to come from the right and front. The mother didn't seem to have a functional attack, and there was nothing to do once she was defeated, which was a shame, as I'd love a little more progression.
